I'm not referring to the small ads that appear on Vox and other blogs. I'm not excited by them and generally ignore them. I tolorate them only as it allows me to access a blog for free. I'm more concerned with companies using one's posted interests to solicit business, or using them for spam. None of my friends do not pay attention to the ads and agree with me.

Not a snazzy dresser? Allow me to send you a recent photo. hahaha.

Leto, in the case of Vox, since Vox is a free platform a lot of the adds you see are "google adds"; Six Apart makes its money from these adds and in part uses this money to support Vox, the platform that you are blogging on.
No Great Belgarion, do NOT stop writing. Writing has always been one of your strengths (in addition to music, but definitely NOT when it comes to dress code) and you must share your good point of view with the world. Vox is a good platform for this; plus you provide me with enjoyable reading.

Thank you

Personally, I hope we don't find a business use for blogging. It should be kept as a virtual community so friends can share stories, ideas and events with each other unhindered by commerciality.
