Back from Stockholm!!

Just came back from another long business trip. Since my travelling is usually hectic, its important for me to feel pampered during air travel. If I get disappointed, I tend to blast the airline.

I can happily say that I had a very pleasant experience this time from one of  our local airlines. Indeed Aegean offered (aside from being punctual, as usual) simply the best service I/ve ever experienced in an Airline.

The crew was very customer oriented (simply awesome) and the service was excellent including great food (no dry sandwiches or small chocolate bars…a complete meal in economy class), great (new) plane (including takeoff and landing). This company’s gonna go far, very far.

AGain, great job Aegean Airlines, and looking forward to flying with you again.

  1. Why no mention yet of the CEO resigning? Isn’t that blog worthy?

A look at their odd “publicly traded” stock shows a massive drop, showing investors are afraid of the company, and now the CEO resigns in disgrace. Maybe it’s bye bye time?

At this price, their capitalization is only US$4.1M. I suspect they have more cash on hand than that unless they blew their $20M investment in just a year? Any investor smart enough would buy them to take their cash and sell their assets. They are worth more dismantled than they’ll ever be worth as a business if their revenue continues to be lower than their expenses, and since they were founded 15 or more years ago, it’s not like they are a startup, they just cannot make money with what they have. Big sales, but big expenses lead to only to losses.

But their new web site is pretty.
